xOverview
Meet the WPLDEWAN WPL C64-1 RTR, a 1/16 scale crawler built for immersive off-road sessions and display-worthy detail. The 2024 upgrade tightens control and reliability, helping you explore rocky hills, sandy paths, and grassy trails with confidence.
What’s new in 2024
- multi-link suspension with adjustable shocks
- drag brake function for controlled crawling
- axle-mounted servo for precision steering
- counter-rotating output gearbox for smooth drive
- new link with ball joints for improved articulation
- BC receiver with built-in light for visibility in low light
Realistic design and responsive control
The scale body features twin cab arches and bold lines, offering a striking presence on shelves and trails alike. Proportional throttle and steering, paired with a 2.4 GHz transmitter, deliver smooth, predictable handling with minimal interference during multi-vehicle sessions.
Performance you can feel
- 4WD traction and large, high-traction tires
- ground clearance to clear rocks and obstacles
- robust suspension articulation for uneven surfaces
- reliable motor power for confident climbs
Upgrades that matter
Two-speed options and two steering angles on the transmitter give you flexible control. The drag brake can be activated for steady crawling, and the option to disable it for quicker pace is available. Metal components improve durability and precision.
Durability and build quality
Metal axle hexes and metal dog bones reduce wear, while the chassis and gearbox are designed for tougher off-road sessions. A well-rounded upgrade path means more reliable sessions across a range of terrains.
Practical tips and use cases
Ideal for rock gardens, sand dunes, grass fields, and muddy trails. Use the drag brake on steep descents, switch to higher speed for open trails, and enjoy controlled, authentic crawling experiences without overpromising results.
What’s included and care
RTR package with ready-to-run electronics lets you jump into adventures quickly. Regular maintenance of steering and suspension components will help sustain performance over time.
