At Toygame, we want you to feel confident with your purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is unused, unopened, has not been worn or played with, and is returned in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for your return.

Please note:
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or refund.
• Used, opened, played-with, worn, or damaged items are not eligible for return or refund.
• Items must be returned in a resellable condition.

Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a few business days.
