📦 Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship across Canada only. All orders are delivered to Canadian addresses to ensure faster delivery and a smoother shopping experience.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship to Canadian addresses only.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times may vary by location and product. On average, orders are delivered within 5–10 business days after processing.
Do you process orders on weekends or holidays?
Orders are processed on business days only. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Why hasn’t my tracking updated yet?
Tracking updates may take 24 hours after shipment. Updates may also be slower during peak seasons or holidays.
What if my order is delayed?
If your order appears delayed, please contact us at toygame.ca@gmail.com and we’ll assist you.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order has not been processed yet, contact us as soon as possible. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.
What happens if I miss the delivery?
The courier may attempt delivery again or route the package to a pickup location. Please follow the courier instructions in your tracking link.
Will my order arrive in multiple packages?
Some orders may ship in separate packages depending on product availability and warehouse location. If this happens, you’ll receive tracking for each shipment.

Do you offer free shipping?

Do I pay duties or customs fees?
No. Orders shipped within Canada do not require international customs duties.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Where can I track my order?
You can use our Order Tracking page with your order number and email address, or click the tracking link in your shipment confirmation email.
What if I lost my tracking email?
Email us at toygame.ca@gmail.com and we’ll help you retrieve your tracking information.
My tracking says delivered but I don’t have it. What now?
Please check with household members or your building concierge first. If you still can’t locate it, contact us and we’ll assist you.
My tracking number shows no information. Why?
It may take 24 hours for carriers to scan and update tracking. Please try again later.

What is your return policy?

What items are eligible for return?
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
How do I start a return?

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is typically the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed after inspection. Your bank may take additional time to post the refund depending on your payment method.
What if my item arrived damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve it.
What if I received the wrong item?

Are any items final sale?
Some items may be marked as final sale. If an item is final sale, it will be clearly noted on the product page.
