Meet Johnny 5: a characterful build for curious minds

The VONADO Johnny 5 Robot Building Set brings a 370-piece build to life for kids and tweens aged 6 and up. This compact, high-detail model blends a playful robot character with sturdy brickwork, offering hands-on construction along with a display-worthy figure that fits neatly on a desk or shelf.

The model measures about 10 cm (3.93 in) long, 9 cm (3.54 in) wide, and 19 cm (7.48 in) high, making it approachable for young builders while still offering a meaningful building experience. The surface is richly detailed, featuring humorous expressions that invite storytelling, and a motorized drivetrain that adds tactile motion to the build. A movable laser detail provides a futuristic touch for imaginative play and role-play scenarios.

Constructed from durable ABS bricks, the set is LEGO-compatible, enabling easy expansion by mixing with other bricks your child already owns. The kit arrives in an exquisite gift box, accompanied by a paper instruction manual to guide assembly. This combination makes Johnny 5 a ready-to-gift option for birthdays, holidays, or special occasions, while still offering ongoing play value as skills grow and interests evolve.

Kids can enjoy both the building process and the final display piece. The toy supports creative storytelling, fine motor practice, and a sense of accomplishment when the model comes to life with movement and personality. The packaging and design emphasize a thoughtful, gift-ready experience that families can enjoy together without pressure or guarantees about specific outcomes.
