Returns & Refund Policy

At Toygame, our primary focus is serving customers across Canada, while also offering international shipping to select destinations. We want you to shop with confidence.

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Returns are accepted only if the issue is not caused by customer use or handling. We cannot accept returns for items damaged due to misuse, improper assembly, normal wear and tear, water exposure, or any other customer-related error.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items (our responsibility)

If you receive a defective item, an item damaged during shipping, or the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. In these cases, we will cover the return shipping cost or send a replacement, depending on availability.

Change-of-mind returns

If you changed your mind, eligible items (unused, unopened, original packaging) may be returned within 30 days. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Non-returnable items

Some items may be non-returnable for safety or hygiene reasons, including opened products, clearance items marked as final sale, or products returned without original packaging.

We primarily ship across Canada. Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times typically range from 2–10 business days, depending on your province or territory.

International shipping

We also offer international shipping to select countries. International delivery times, shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and import fees vary by destination and are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that international orders may experience delays due to customs clearance or local carrier operations.
