SKILL BLOX Soccer Kick Up Training Dice (2-Pack) – Jumpstart Juggling & Ball Control

SKILL BLOX Soccer Kick Up Training Dice are two compact dice designed to spice up soccer practice with short, varied challenges. Each roll reveals a new task that invites you to explore ball control, timing, and footwork in a playful way. The result is a training companion that fits into small spaces and busy schedules while staying true to the idea of progressive skill work.

What makes Kick Up Dice engaging

The dice bring a sense of randomness to training that keeps sessions fresh. You might land a two-foot touch drill, a sequence of controlled touches with alternating feet, or a juggling challenge that nudges your focus toward rhythm and tempo. The prompts are designed to tease your current limits without overwhelming you, making practice feel like a game you want to return to.

• Develop soccer skills: Roll prompts lead to targeted juggling and control drills, helping you refine touch and balance.
• Become a ball juggling pro: Random prompts push you to juggle with both feet and varied surfaces.
• Easy to use: A quick roll sets up a new challenge with no setup required.
• Lightweight and portable: The pair nests in a bag or backpack for park, garden, or playground sessions.
• Suitable for all ages and abilities: Great for beginners, improvers, and players seeking variety.

Practical training ideas

• Solo drills: Roll and complete the challenge before time runs out; track progress over weeks.
• Partner drills: Take turns rolling and encourage consistency with feedback from teammates.
• Warmups and micro-sessions: Use the dice to structure 5–10 minute pre-game routines.

In real life, the Kick Up Dice shine in spaces where traditional drills feel linear—a park lawn, a garden patch, or a quiet playground corner. They encourage frequent, bite-sized practice that can be folded into daily routines, making practice more engaging without promising specific outcomes. Regular use supports experimentation with touches, speed, and rhythm while still staying focused on fundamentals.

What you get is a compact, durable training aid: two dice designed for smooth rolling, bright prompts, and reliable behavior across outdoor light and everyday use. Carry them with you, roll them anytime, and let the next drill unfold with curiosity rather than repetition.
