Ooly Puffy Paint Neon Gel Pens – Set of 6 for 3D Foam Art

Bring bold color and tactile texture to every project

The Ooly Puffy Paint Neon Gel Pens set introduces six vibrant neon shades that instantly catch the eye. When used as part of a drawing, doodle, or card-making session, these inks invite you to push beyond flat color and explore a playful, textured finish that feels (and looks) fun.

What makes these pens stand out is the ability to transform a simple line into a soft, frosted 3D effect with heat. After the ink dries, a quick burst of warmth from a hair dryer creates a light, puffy texture that adds dimension to sketches, greeting cards, or craft projects. Since results can vary by surface and technique, this set rewards experimentation and personal style over rigid expectations.

What you get and how it helps your creativity

• Six neon colors provide bold options for contrasts and highlights across multiple projects.
• Durable, portable packaging keeps the pens organized at home, in the classroom, or on weekend crafting trips.
• Versatile for a range of uses—from greeting cards and journaling to school projects and doodle sessions.

How to use for best results

• FOR BEST RESULTS: Remove the tiny plastic cap from the pen tip and squeeze until you feel a pop, then apply ink evenly while continuing to squeeze.
• HEAT ACTIVATION: After drying, apply heat from about 1/2 inch away with a hair dryer until the ink puffs to a frosted texture.

Creative ideas abound: layer colors for depth, combine tones for dynamic 3D effects, or personalize cards and crafts with a tactile flair that stands out in photos and in person. This set invites you to explore texture and color without rigid rules.

Whether you’re enhancing a doodle, design a unique card, or add a playful touch to a coloring page, these neon pens offer a flexible tool for expressive art with a tactile twist—open to interpretation, not a fixed outcome.
