If the input is PD28W or higher, it charges both packs in parallel; with lower input, charging occurs one by one, prioritizing the higher battery level first. You’ll also see the practical specs at a glance: up to 5V/9V/12V input with 3A max, a battery output of 8.8V/2A per bay, and USB output of 5V/2A (Max).
