The process is tactile and engaging, from soaking the brick to the satisfying release of a hidden gem. This isn’t just a toy—it's a mini geology adventure that sparks imagination while staying playful and age-appropriate.

What’s inside the digging kit

• A brick that conceals 16 distinct gemstones and crystals
• Essential tools: a chisel, a brush, and a magnifying glass
• Classification guide to help compare and categorize what you uncover
• A safe, kid-friendly storage case for keeping the gems organized

How the digging experience works

Begin by soaking the dig brick in water for about 15 minutes. As the shell softens, a careful chisel reveals the hidden treasure inside. The process combines patience with a little wristwork, turning playtime into a tactile science activity. A quick brush sweep and the gem comes into full view, ready for inspection under the magnifying glass.

The kit offers a practical, hands-on path to exploring gemstones and basic geology concepts. Kids can match discovered stones to the included guide, build observation skills, and learn how different stones feel, look, and react under magnification. The activity supports curiosity and problem-solving without making guarantees—each unearthing is a possible moment of wonder.
