Carrera Go 61600 Slot Car Track Extension Set | Go!!! Add-On

Expand your Carrera go!!! slot car adventures with the Carrera Go 61600 Slot Car Track Extension Set. This Go!!! add-on (Part No. 61600) lets you build longer or entirely new racing layouts without replacing your existing 1:43 scale track. The extension is designed to wire into your current circuit, inviting fresh forms of competition for weekend sessions or casual play. With careful placement, you can explore new routing ideas, test different overtakes, and enjoy the tactile feel of snapping pieces together for a satisfying build experience.

Extend and customize your track

At the core, the extension provides two 1/90 degree curves, two 13.46-inch straights, and two lane-change sections. These pieces enable more dynamic routes, where drivers navigate tighter corners, longer straightaways, and quick lane shifts. Expect smoother transitions when you approach corners and clearer lines as you switch lanes, all within a compact footprint that fits most existing layouts.

• Two 1/90 curves expand corner options while maintaining smooth track flow
• Two straights measure 13.46 inches to add measured racing length
• Two lane-change sections introduce strategic route choices

Hardware and compatibility

Practical hardware enhances your experience: a guardrail and supports help keep cars aligned, while track connection clips speed setup and teardown. The kit is designed to be compatible with Carrera go!!!, Carrera Racing System, and Digital 143 tracks, enabling you to mix and match across lines you already own.

• Guardrail and supports contribute to track stability during races
• Connection clips provide quick, secure assembly for repeated use
• Cross-line compatibility offers flexible upgrade paths

Real-world use and possibilities

Real-world use scenarios range from quick sprint sessions on extended loops to more intricate layouts that challenge driving decisions. Consider building a longer sprint, a serpentine path with deliberate lane changes, or a hybrid route that alternates straightaways and curves. While outcomes depend on your current setup and driving style, the extension invites experimentation and varied play patterns without committing to a new complete track setup.

Overall, the Carrera Go 61600 extension set offers a practical, scalable way to refresh your racing experience. It prioritizes easy integration, dependable fit with existing tracks, and the potential to host new formats with family and friends—all without stepping away from the core Go!!! ecosystem.
