BMC Toys Classic Payton AA Tanks – 4pc Tan & Olive Drab, 1:48 Scale

From the CLASSIC ARMY MEN COLLECTOR SERIES, BMC Toys reintroduces a nostalgic American toy line with the Payton anti-aircraft tanks. This four-pack includes two desert tan and two olive-drab green vehicles. The design keeps the spirit of vintage play while delivering hands-on features that invite kids and collectors to recreate quick, action-filled scenes on the tabletop or in dioramas.

Overview and tactile play

Each tank is built at roughly 1:48 scale and measures about five inches in length, making them a natural fit alongside traditional army men and other miniature components. The vehicles are crafted from slightly flexible HDPE plastic, balancing durability with a reasonable level of detail. You’ll notice very little flashing along the mold lines, resulting in a clean silhouette that’s ready for display or reenactment sessions right out of the bag.
